Each individual may register only one Account on the 622bet platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.
Employees, contractors, directors, officers, and agents of 622bet, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not permitted to register or hold an Account on the Platform. This restriction also applies to employees of 622bet's game providers, payment partners, and technology suppliers who have access to non-public operational information.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 622bet Login credentials, including your username and password. Upon closure, any remaining Real Money Funds will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any outstanding obligations. Withdrawals will only be processed to payment accounts that have been verified in the User's name. 622bet reserves the right to require additional verification documentation prior to approving any withdrawal. An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as dormant. 622bet reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts, subject to applicable law and prior notice to the User at their registered email address. All bets placed on the 622bet sportsbook are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, and event type. In the event of any inconsistency between these general Terms and the sport-specific rules, the sport-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that bet.
A bet is only accepted and binding once confirmed by the Platform and a confirmation reference number has been issued. 622bet reserves the right to decline, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where odds have been published in error, where the Platform suspects fraudulent activity, or where market conditions require it. Bets placed on events that have already commenced (where live in-play betting is not offered) will be voided and stakes returned.

Bonus Funds credited to a User's Account must be wagered a specified number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement for each promotion is stated in the specific promotion terms. Wagering Requirements must be met within the validity period stated in the promotion terms; Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the validity period will be automatically forfeited from the Account.
622bet reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus and associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has sought to abuse the bonus system, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing offsetting bets to minimise risk while satisfying wagering requirements (bonus arbitrage), or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.
622bet reserves the right to amend the terms of any promotion, or to withdraw a promotion entirely, at any time and without prior notice. Any such changes will not affect bets already accepted under the terms of the original promotion.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication between the User and 622bet, the parties agree to submit the matter to mediation before commencing any formal legal proceedings. The language of all dispute resolution proceedings shall be English.
